Cancellation

1. Cancellation can only be done before payment
2. Cancellation should be done via email and not tagboard
3. IMPORTANT: Orders made without payment and uncancelled are annoying.

Refund policy

1. There will only be refunds for defective second hand items

2. If order is cancelled after payment is made, strictly NO refund would be given.

Return Policy

1. Once sold, goods cannot be returned

2. 3 day inform policy. Defective or wrongly mailed goods will be replaced if you email us within three days of us mailing your goods out and the cost of replacement will be borned by us.

3. There will be strictly no return after items have been mailed except in the abovementioned case.

Ordering

1. Fill up the form
2. Wait for the confirmation email and that includes your name, address, item type, quantity and our bank account number.
3. Make payment. See payment modes.
4. Email us the transaction reference number
5. We will mail your item(s) within 48 hours of recieving your email.
